The soundproofing of the room is very poor, the next door is normal, and I can hear it clearly, let alone snoring and TV sound. The soundproofing effect is not good. The night shift receptionist at the front desk has a very poor working attitude and a serious lack of professionalism. The room is poorly soundproofed. The next door snored to follow up the donkey ring. The night shift at the front desk didn’t care. I said that I couldn’t sleep on the sofa on the first floor. I complained directly to the hotel manager at three o’clock in the middle of the night. The next day, the person in charge of the room was arranged to adjust the room. 這家民宿和春坤山酒店還有景區都是一個老闆的，除了和酒店一樣包早餐和篝火晚會外還包門票和下午茶，七夕給雙人小院還送了個旅拍，很有誠意的活動。 小院裝修得非常用心，雖然新，裏面並沒有什麼味道，各種設施和用品都非常用心、充足。去的那天天好，傍晚氣温不高、陽光正好，坐在小院裏看着藍天白雲草原喝個蒙氏下午茶，體感和心情都非常舒適，度假的感覺瞬間有了嘿嘿。晚上坐在院子裏關掉地燈就能看見漫天星星，穩穩的浪漫和幸福。要説和春坤山酒店比的一個相對劣勢是離景區入口更遠一些（其實也不遠，走路5-8分鐘，電瓶車兩分鐘），但是管家説有什麼需要隨時可以打電話請開電瓶車的師傅來接送，體驗感還是挺好的。 一些比如有咖啡沒有咖啡杯、有浴缸沒有一次性浴缸套的小細節無傷大雅，給管家反映也都得到了積極禮貌的迴應。住宿期間水提供得很大方，退房還怕我們遊景區沒水塞了3瓶，還送了敖包小掛件，可以説體驗感拉滿。在快遞還不通的這邊，能把民宿做成這樣可以説很用心很誠意了。 春坤山很美避暑非常合適，有機會還想再來。希望景區和民宿都好好加油完善，把客流量做起來以後多做活動，讓價格更美麗些就更好啦
