It works very well for short stays like hours or one night. It was cleaner than I thought, so that was a nice surprise. Just don’t expect to sleep that great, obviously is a very small place and you can hear everything. I brought my own EarPods and that helped a little. The AC contributes to the noise, I was lucky there weren’t many people at the same time I arrived, so the changing room wasn’t crowded. It’s all one room no men or women sides. Overall was a good and economic option. I will use it again. The location was hard to find because there is no one sign coming from the international side. If you are coming out from that side just take the first stairs up on the left,then turn right, pass the food court and turn right again, then you will turn right again and at the end of the hall on the left before the parking lot you will find the izzzleep sign and door. I stayed here June 30 2022.

The bell boy service is really embarazing, they want to help and touch the luggage 5 Meters before your final destination. Nevertheless in the critical points, is not possible to find one of them. They are every time in other places or occupied talking with other bell boys.

Not the perfect scenario but my flight landed into Mexico City at 1.20 am. I arrived at my original hotel that was having technical issues their PMS system was down so they could not check people in or out. They recommended this hotel for being safe and nice rooms. I arrived at the hotel and the doorman/bellman was perfect. But upon trying to check in the night auditor Juan would not allow me to check-in for a reservation I just made online 5 minutes before I approached the front desk so I could check-in. He advised to come back at 3pm. There was no solution provided to offer to check me in a day early. No offer of checking in early is an additional fee. No option of lets change your reservation the third party. He was kind of rude about it. I also had to ask for my passport back once he refused check-in. Service is obviously questionable in the overnight staff. Juan did not apologize or offer to call a taxi after he refused service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone that is paying for their room. And then did not offer a refund or any compensation.

Every breakfast was a pleasure with the help of amazing staff like Aurora & Elene. From the first day they made is feel like where at home. Nice rooms and good view of the city. Easy to access and close to the busstations!

400 yuan a night! Although it is not expensive in the local area, it is a bit worse than the domestic one. The domestic 400 yuan is more luxurious than this! This hotel is based within close proximity to a train station, multiple food locations, and convenience stores. There was a stained pullout couch along one wall. Right at the room's entrance was a glass squared box containing the shower and toilet, and opposite the box was the hand basin and mirror. The shower door didn't close completely - which allowed all the water into the bathroom, but not to worry because you are provided with a bathmat. Be careful in the bathroom not to wear socks, though, because standing on the flooring allows water up through the floorboards. Need to dry your hands after using the sink? Oh well, no hand towels are provided, so you can pleasantly enjoy using your wet towels. The hotel breakfast provided ”continental” is extremely dissatisfying and disappointing. From the limited seating to the cold pasta, squishy watermelon and unripe pineapple. At no fault of the hotels, though, one of our phones was stolen; we sought assistance from the reception staff, who directed us to stand outside the hotel and just wait for the police to turn up. The next day, we asked for again, and eventually, the hotel staff pointed us down the road to the police station. However, disappointingly, this is not where tourists are meant to go. Tourists are intended to contact the Tourist Police, who are able to assist visitors. Whilst this is not the hotel staff's fault - I think it would be essential for hotel staff to know about the tourist policy - especially since your fundamental business is tourism. On the final night of our stay the air conditioner stopped working - I spoke to reception, and they kindly allowed us to sleep in another room, and leave our stuff in the original room as we were leaving early. Overall, would I stay in this hotel again? No.

Love it - the hotel is close to the metro a few stops away from the central square. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Even so it is next to big road the sound proofing is good and you can sleep well. Room service is great too. No doubt I pick it again, if I come to CDMX.
