"The pension I booked is described as having a duplex structure, but the second floor is the residential accommodation and the first floor is a (basement) type space. (When viewed from the front, the first floor is the basement duplex 1st floor, and the second floor is the ground floor.) Since it is a duplex structure where you descend from the second floor to the first floor via an internal staircase, the passageway is narrow and the ceiling space leading down to the first floor is low. You should be careful not to bump your head, and it seems there will be inconvenience when using the bathroom. I recommend the duplex structure located on the ground floor at this pension."

"When I arrived at the accommodation on a sweltering day, the air conditioner had already been turned on, so it was nice and cool. The detached Hanok features a spacious living room, kitchen, and four bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends to stay together. The youngest daughter-in-law lit mosquito repellent and offered bottled water; thanks to her generous hospitality, I felt much more comfortable during my stay. The view of Mt. Obong from the main veranda in the morning is lovely."

Hotel Jirisan Sunlight ★★

"Parking is available immediately to the left before entering the hotel lobby entrance. It can accommodate approximately 5 to 6 vehicles, with space available on the roadside. Additionally, parking is available at the public parking lot located before the hotel entrance. At the time of our visit, parking at the public parking lot was free. Please check in advance to confirm whether parking is free. The hotel room was heated beforehand, was neatly organized, and the cleanliness was good. However, a drawback is that noise from the adjacent room can be heard, perhaps because the building is an old structure that has been renovated. While there is a coffee shop on the first floor where you can enjoy warm tea and alcoholic beverages, breakfast or dinner is not provided. The staff were friendly and showed great consideration to ensure we experienced no inconvenience. We had no discomfort during our 1-night, 2-day stay. There are many restaurants within a short distance across from the hotel. Since restaurants close around 6 PM, it is recommended to have your meal beforehand. We chose wild vegetable bibimbap for lunch and grilled black pork belly for dinner."

"Enjoyed the luxury of a clean interior and unlimited access to germanium hot spring water. For breakfast, I really enjoyed the easy-to-digest seaweed soup and seasonal wild greens like young Oga-pi shoots. I left feeling like I had a truly pleasant stay. The nearby Sansuyu Love Park is perfect for a light stroll."
