The reception make me wait 20 mins. I've booked for non-veg dinner and they serve me veg dinner, very late on 9:30 pm. I've also booked with breakfast but they said kitchen will be opened only after 10:30 am. What kind of hotel serve breakfast after 10:30 am! also, my friend who had booked nearby hotel came to this hotel for room (as his hotel booking was full. Unfortunately, hotel meghna residency was also full and we request the reception to share my room. They asked my friend to pay rs 800, which was half of my booking price i. E. Rs, which include dinner & breakfast. However, my friend had to order a separate dinner and we both spend in total! we asked the receptionist to gave us a receipt but he said the don't gave receipt! we were so much in the need of this so we have no choice and just took the room. I'm so disappointed. The rooms didn't have chair, ac didn't have remote, no soap provided, bedsheet and pillow covers were very dirty, room's floor are also dirty.

Hotel was good but management is not proper. Not supportable. . We have face problem but management just say sorry and asked to adjust things.
