I had been facing some serious issues like - cigarette smoke smell in the washroom, all night long. No proper breakfast packing even after letting them know before hand.

*feedback on recent stay* i was quite dissatisfied with my recent stay at the hotel. The room was not clean, and there was an unpleasant smell. Several toiletries were missing, including a dental kit and shaving kit. Additionally, there were no slippers provided in the room, and the overall size was quite small. While a welcome drink was offered, i found the service lacking; i was simply handed the key and directed to my room. Based on this experience, i believe the hotel’s rating is misleading. It does not reflect the quality of service i received. I would rate this hotel a 1. Thank you for addressing these concerns.
