Great hospitality and support staff. Stayed for a week with my wife and kid and all the days were comfortable and satisfying . The support staff at the door ,Mr Dubey warmly welcomed everyday. The midnight milk requirement was fulfilled by the staff within minutes . Many name in their that cant recall. Shajid, puneet, were few on top of head. Anju ji always welcomed with a smile and ensured hospitable environment in the corridor. All staff played well with the kid.

My family, including our little one, had an incredible time at this hotel. The pool area was a major highlight, providing a safe and enjoyable space for everyone to unwind. The ambience throughout the hotel was delightful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff’s professionalism and courtesy were outstanding. From the manager to housekeeping and security, each member contributed to making our stay exceptional. Would like to mention Anju Singh for going above and beyond to make us comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and look forward to visiting again.

Things were not provided as mentioned in booking. No buffet was provided for dinner and breakfast. And a limited menu was provided to order.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast , and must say well trained staff in an approachable manner amazing service , very clean place and big place with a wonderful view , must visit again
