room not as expected, all furniture and walls are very old and dirty

There are food stall-like shops lined up in front of the hotel, and the area is crowded with locals. Because of this, it is a little difficult to get in by car (taxi). The breakfast was vegetarian-friendly (maybe because there were a lot of Indians), so there was no bacon or sausage, and at the end I was told that there would be no coffee today (although it was one day out of three nights). It was a shame. There are no problems, but there is nothing particularly good about it, so I think it's worth the price.

The stay was comfortable, the property is nice. However, some parts are under construction like the swimming pool and the outside cafeteria. Since the property became functional again just 6-7 months ago, the staff is limited, and the breakfast options aren’t elaborate as well.

The hotel did not allow me to change the primary guest name. Due to which i had to cancel my entire plan. Later the hotel did not even allow to change my dates of check-in.

Straight forward hotel with an efficient room. It’s not what i would expect from a 5 star but it’s not bad. Rooms are clean, linen is proper. And everything works but it’s the best ever.

Room lack of light. Dark room and restaurant. Needed more light. Especially night, room is dark. No toothbrush.

Very good hotel, nice cozy rooms. Staff in restaurant were very polite and always eager to do that “extra” service. Quality of food-i had ordered dinner and it was very nice, even breakfast was really nice. Would surely come back here
