Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen!!!! Wir waren aufgrund einer Familienfeier mit 8 Erwachsenen sowie 3 Kindern angereist. Das Hotel ist sehr schön auf einem Berg gelegen, wodurch man eine großartige Aussicht hat. Man darf sich vom ersten Eindruck außen (Baustelle am Pool sowie alter Plattenweg zum Haupteingang) nicht irritieren lassen. Rings um das gesamte Hotel sind viele Wiesen sowie Wanderwege. Direkt am Hotel ist ein neuer Spielplatz, ein Fußballplatz sowie das Tiergehege mit dem Damwild. Das Hotel ist mit Abstand eines der saubersten Hotels, welches ich in den letzten Jahren besuchen durfte. Der Empfang durch die Leiterin des Hotels war freundlich und angenehm. Auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war das Personal immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besondere Erwähnung muss an dieser Stelle noch einmal die perfekte Ausstattung im Hotel sowie auf den Zimmern für Kinder erfahren. Das Spielzeug im Spielzimmer war gepflegt und weder defekt noch abgenutzt. Auch die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen sind sehr lecker. Die Brötchen am Morgen sind suuuper lecker. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!!! Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Hotel mit Sauna und netten Personal.
Sehr freundliches Personal beim Empfang. Auch alles sehr Fam. im Hotel. Etwas schwer in dunkeln zu finden. Frühstück sehr entspannt und Abendessen ohne Aufsicht. Getränke /Essen kann man sich alles alleine holen. Essen wird immer wieder nachgefüllt. Zimmer im modernen Zustand. TT/ Billard /Darth könnte man Spielen und Sauna kann man kostenlos mit Voranmeldung benutzen.

Mitten im Harz
Nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, Pool ist da sehr schön, liegt in schöner Lage, E- Auto Ladestation 2x, Räder können weggeschlossen weder, mit Steckdosen zum Akku laden

Hotel med en fornemmelse af hostel.
Vores ophold på hotellet var ganske udemærket.
Vi fik en god service alle steder, selvom personalet ikke var synlige alle dagstimerne (10-14)
Det var dejligt med pool, da vi overnattede dér om sommeren, imens der var varmt.
Der var aktivitetsrum med billard, bordtennis, etc.
Udsigten fra hotellet var fantastisk.

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sonderwünsche wurden sofort realisiert.Zimmer nach hinten gehabt. Sehr ruhig gewesen. Preileistungsverhältnis Sehr gut. Hatten 4 Tage mit Halbpension plus. Speisen früh und abends sehr reichlich und im Prinzip gut. Wurde auch immer wieder nachgefüllt. Für ein Dreisternehotel bestens.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr erholsam. Wir sind nun das vierte Mal in diesen tollen Hotel für 6 Tage gewesen. Das spricht ja schon dafür ,dass wir uns hier sehr wohl fühlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Es ist hier sehr angenehm und ruhig. Man kann gut die Natur genießen. SUPER Service, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren immer großartig, alles frisch und reichlich. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel ,wo keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Wir danken dem Team des Panorama Ferien Hotel Harz für unsere bisherigen Aufenthalte und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal . Mit freundlichen Gruß, Familie Herzberg und Hund ,,LACEY"
