In the entire Kashmir, this is the hotel where my entire family was happy with respect to out stay, foods, room heating and services rendered by the front desk and restaurant management. We took a suit (18) and took an extra bed. Slept peacefully for a whole 8 hours each night and enjoyed the food customised for us by Chef Mr. Jamdaz Khan under the leadership of Restaurant Manager Md. Ashraf. The security staff, front desk, and housekeepers were all cordial and helpful. The property, garden, view from room and restaurant all are beautiful. Would like to go back again and recommend others.

Well maintained property with good size rooms. Clean bedding and towels. Staff was super attentive. Breakfast has a good spread.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel to Gandola ride is about 15 minutes walk down hill. The entrance to reception and to our delux room we had to navigate 3 different narrow staircases ! Room was cosy, heater , hot water and all amenities were good ! When we mentioned about having to climb up and down , next day we were upgraded ta suite on lower floor ! That gesture was so nice because the suite was spacious and had great view of the flowerbeds and lawns, valley ! Hospitality , food , and specially all staff members were very courteous and helpful ! Nice experience !

Amazing location and natural view, very cordial and helpful staff (especially Parvaiz and all members of housekeeping are always so prompt to serve), all modern amenities available, delicious food in the restaurant -overall offers you a memorable stay 😊

Shabir Khan, Irfan Lone, Jehangir and all the team of Heevsn Retreat, Gulmarg is welcoming and with cheerfulness with a great spirit and joy. Food is very very hygienic and with a great taste and aesthetics. Hotel is like a name of the hotel. Overall everything is perfect. Art is everywhere. Every wall is displaying with paintings and artifacts. Love the place. Thank you.

View from the room was amazing. Amenities was up to the mark. Shaiq from front office and all other stuff members were very helpful. Food was very tasty for both breakfast and dinner. Price is on a higher side but huge quantity is given. Walkable distance from gondola makes it easy to travel.

The staff are a bit unfriendly. Today morning i have asked where is the restaurant the receptionist was nit answering. He questioned back saying did not have your dinner yesterday. That shows the attitude. I have stayed many hotels and did not see such kind of prices for simple items like dadka rot-ti and chai. Exorbitant prices. Unfortunately there are not many options avaialble in the town.
