Broken bathtub fixtures, leaky refrigerator, soap scum on bathtub& shower head.

It was very clean the service was excellent very nice I loved that I had an indoor pool I didn't get up in enough time to eat for breakfast but my boyfriend did and he liked it

PLEASE dont stay here, I have NEVER left a hotel because of insects and we know some of them are bad . If I did not leave I was afraid a roach would carry my child away. Desk said they would find a different room and I declined

Good location, the price was good, you do get what you pay for, not the ritz but , just looking for a quick stay it's OK. The Breakfast was doable , not the healthiest choices, got down late so really nothing to pick from my fault , but looking around didn't miss much. The Room really smelled like Humidity , it was clean , but the smell was very moldy, I would ask to see a room before taking that room, we were on first floor maybe that's why, but room was Clean !!!! would stay again just smell room lol before checking in !! Great location !

When we went to check in the told me room wasn’t ready so we decided to go do some things with kids and I called clerk and told them it would be later before we come back and checked in he said that was fine. Well we got back at 11:00 pm and he gave us our room when we went in I couldn’t believe what I saw. Beds were stripped with all dirty linen laying in floor and on couch . Clean linens laying on counter , garbage cans over flowing with garbage, garbage all over floors and in sinks and table room hadn’t been touched. When we told clerk he said he didn’t have any other rooms the. He said he could do a room with a king bed there was 6 of us then he said he could do a room with 2 queen again there was 6 of us I told him that wasn’t big enough for us that’s why I reserved the room I did. So I asked him could he do two rooms and he said no so my kids were fussy cause they was so tired I told him if he give us sheets we would make beds up and clean room up and he said ok and offered to come help but when I requested a refund cause of what we had to go through they refused and said they will give me a refund of 46.00 but that’s it. Then they start calling me arguing with me telling me they offered to cancel the room with no penalties and I refused and that was a straight up lie. Never again will I stay here and I hope they get better housekeeping and breakfast was horrible they didn’t even have milk for the cereal.

Ok read this until the END. we were in our room at 6:45 PM and suddenly there was a slight tap tap on door. Before we could even get to the door the desk clerk swipes his pass key and attempts to enter room. My husband asks him "what do you want"? He sez "your cordless phone" my husband asks "did you leave your phone in my room"? Clerk "no" " I need your TV remote". My husband tells him he should not be entering our room. The next morning my husband goes to desk and the same desk clerk was there and he denied the whole event occurred. WOW. Scary. ATT. Quality Inn pls do not embarrass yourself by responding with your lame canned response.

Went to shower and there was a cockroach in the tub. The tv didn’t work but they come up and fixed it in 10 minutes. It’s not the cleanest but I’ve stayed at dirtier places for more money. Will make sure I look at reviews on trip advisor and online.

The management is so sexist, he decided he was going to charge my daughter and me because we used the hotel towels. He was absolutely out of context. The hotel is dirty, it has a moldy smell all over. Front desk lady was not helpful but then again she was probably afraid of him. We requested the room to be cleaned but they never did. Over all bad!!!! Do not come to this hotel. Breakfast was old and made us sick. Worse service ever! Save your time, effort, and money.
