Everything was perfect. The view. The comfort. Everything was clean. Bed was amazingly soft. Towels replaced every day. We didn’t use the kitchen area but it was nice to have. Bathroom was spacious. Plenty of hot water and talk shower head (a plus for a tall person).

Perhaps google hides reviews with certain key words, let me say this in a not so descriptive way. It was not the experience we were looking for. Unfortunately my friend and I came home with more than just sand and have been paying the price, local exterminator will need to be called if you visit this location

This was perfect!! Everything was great. Reviews did mention how slow elevators are… true but hopefully they will be making improvements on it. My husband & I celebrated our 35th anniversary and glad we decided to stay here. Perfect location for everything. Walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again ⭐️

This is a great little condo. It was right on the beach, Wonderful balcony with a view and location was excellent. The condo was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. My only complaint was the bathroom. There was no place to put your bath items, makeup, etc. It could be improved with a vanity with a storage. Maybe some shelving would help. Also a chest of some sort would have been helpful in the bedroom. Otherwise we loved it here. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We will most likely be back.

Our unit was older but good condition, very easy access to the beach right out back. Lot's of food choices and shopping nearby without driving. The bad part was the construction going on to the Units above us while we was there limited the parking availability. Overall couldn't complain to much for the price.

If you want a nice beachfront hotel, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. the rooms are extremely dated and in need of a big face-lift. Mold or water stains on the ceilings in our room, stained and worn out furniture, Elevators are dirty, slow and hot, and the entire time there was not a luggage cart or trolly to be seen or had. We had to make three trips down to the garage to retrieve luggage, not an easy thing for elderly patrons. The garage is dangerous entering and exiting due to a very poor design. The outdoor hot tub doesn't work and was dirty with sand, and dirty linens and trash were piled by the elevators. The view was beautiful, the location is very good, our room , which left a LOT to be desired, was at least clean, close to everything,and the staff was courteous, but overall, for the price, I will not stay here again.

Stayed in room 908 beach view was awesome, Location was awesome if you are someone who goes to bed early stay somewhere else music from the hangout next door is loud from the bands and music stops at 10 or 11 so if you can stay up that late it’s good Condo was great no issues couch bed was awful very thin can feel the springs they may want to get a thicker one Bedroom mattress and room was comfy if you need ice out of your refrigerator freezer you will not get it so buy some stayed 3 days got maybe a few cubes . Pool is super small but I go to the beach that’s what I’m there for people in the office were very nice and let us check in a little early because room was ready ;) I would stay again tho

So many wrongs here for the price. I was so disappointed. Room 810 at All Suites at 201 East beach Blvd Gulf: 1st the phone did not work; I called to the desk, she said I will get a work order in; the top parts of the plugs in beside the bed did not work; the dish washer did not work—I called the desk, she said she would get someone to work on it; Nonice on the premises—our freezer on the refrigerator made ice for the 2nd day, but none anywhere on the property…..;Next, the hot tub—don’t work…all it is, is a kiddy pool;….No wash or dryer in the room:…the unit is very dated and SMALL! Don’t stay…..there has to be something for $500–$650 a night somewhere that is BETTER!

After a week of dealing with this hotel and Brett Robinson Vacation Rentals we were told we would be getting $68.80 in a refund which was a joke. However only $59.33 was put back into our account. We have never had such a bad experience with any rental place we have ever stayed. I do not recommend either of these companies to anyone. BBB has been contacted and I will never rent or stay with either company again. Also want a cheaper price? Go through Airbnb.
