酒店前台就該是一個酒店的招牌，一個酒店好與壞，回頭客是否多這些都是取決於一個前台和保潔，就可以看出來這個酒店檔次高低，但是該酒店前台素質很差，態度及其噁心，就和欠他錢是的，我們出來住酒店也是逼不得已，但是面對你們前台，拉個臉，辦個入住各種刁難，系統也不熟練，需要十幾分鍾才能給房卡，該酒店如果繼續任由這位前台這樣操作，估計遲早得黃……
