The hotel is decorated in a grand style, the rooms are also very nice, the service is enthusiastic, and every employee of the hotel has a high sense of service, especially the lobby manager Sam, who made me truly feel the professional qualities that a five-star hotel manager should have. Knowing that we are here for tourism, he introduced us to many places to eat, drink and have fun in Guiyang, and they are all restaurants that are not pitfalls. Thumbs up 👍

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

During the National Day holiday, I planned to watch Hua Chenyu's concert at the Paradise Stadium from October 4th to 6th. At the same time, I traveled to Guiyang with my family, so I booked the Hilton Hampton Hotel at the Guiyang Convention and Exhibition Center online in advance. Xiao Liu called us one day in advance to discuss our needs. During the period, we communicated with us in a timely manner if there were any problems, and reminded us of the local weather in Guiyang. Since I had placed two orders before, I later asked Xiao Liu if there were twin beds. Xiao Liu told me that there were 2.7-meter beds. It was the National Day holiday, and the rooms were also very tight. Xiao Liu finally helped me coordinate a 2.7-meter bed. I was quite satisfied during my stay. Their service was very good, and the hotel facilities and equipment were relatively new. I recommend it. I just forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, so I'll add a few pictures of the scenery and the concert~

Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

It was my first time to travel to Guiyang. I chose the Hampton by Hilton Yunyan. The environment was very good. The front desk lady Feifei was very enthusiastic when checking in. Because our schedule for the next day was very full and we didn't have time to go downstairs for dinner, she took the initiative to provide us with take-away meal packs. It was very considerate ❤️ and made me feel at home.

The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

Environment; there are many hotels around the fountain, and I still recommend the Crystal Orange Hotel. Although it is located in a downtown area, it is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun; Facilities and hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment. There is also a light orange fragrance that is refreshing, and the smart equipment has a sense of high-end. It is very suitable for lazy people; Hotel service: The smiling service of the front desk lady can make guests have a good check-in experience. She patiently checks in and solves guests' accommodation problems. It is quite nice👍I hope our hotel will keep its original intention and do better and better🌹

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

This time I traveled to Guizhou with a group, and I chose Licheng Hotel for the last night. The hotel is located near Jiaxiu Tower and is convenient for travel. The hotel has complete facilities, large rooms, and the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. It is a perfect choice.
