The best five-star hotel in Guiyang has been open for more than ten years, and its appearance is amazing. Standing by Guanshan lake, the service is first-class, and I feel the enthusiasm of Guiyang people. On my friend's birthday, the hotel specially prepared surprise room layout, afternoon tea, Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, comfortable environment and complete dishes. Because of a lot of luggage, my colleagues in the concierge department helped me carry my luggage several times. When I left, my sister at the front desk borrowed a power supply for me because my mobile phone was broken. When I first wrote a comment, I was moved and warm by my colleagues and friends at Hyatt Guiyang. Thank Christine, Fanny and all my colleagues for their hard work. I suggest you, especially after 00 o'clock, stay in Hyatt Regent Hotel and cancel all family accommodation and online red hotel. Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

This is my first time in Guiyang. I have stayed in countless five-star hotels, all kinds of luxurious and family-friendly. I still have to praise this Antana Hotel. The service is from the heart. Even the driver at the door helped to move the luggage (my luggage was super heavy for going abroad). They were all active and heartfelt services. It was so friendly to bring a baby and a big suitcase. The smell of the hotel was very comfortable, just like the smell of Thai plant aromatherapy. Let me first talk about Camellia at the front desk. She was considerate, not annoying, and super attentive service, which made me feel that I came to the right place. The coffee in the lobby bar was super delicious (I was a little touched to drink such a good coffee after drinking it for a few days in Guilin). Their homemade cookies were super delicious, and the desserts were really super good. The room was very comfortable and had no peculiar smell (I am super sensitive to smells). The bedding was comfortable, the bathtub was super large, and the air was fresh when the window was opened. I fell asleep in a second at night. I didn't experience breakfast, but there were so many parent-child activities in the hotel. The children were too busy to handle it, and the sisters in it were super patient and gentle. Sister Amy was so responsible and sweet. When I left, the child took his time to go to the toilet, and then he cried for his mother. The teachers inside helped to comfort and watch over him. Sister Zongzi also gave the child a small pendant, which the child kept holding. In short, the brothers at the door actively carried the luggage to the car and helped to open the door to see me off, which made me feel very good. In the future, when I bring my child to Guiyang, I will definitely choose Antana, which will allow you to take care of your child without pressure.

It was my first time to travel to Guiyang. I chose the Hampton by Hilton Yunyan. The environment was very good. The front desk lady Feifei was very enthusiastic when checking in. Because our schedule for the next day was very full and we didn't have time to go downstairs for dinner, she took the initiative to provide us with take-away meal packs. It was very considerate ❤️ and made me feel at home.

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

The room i booked was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. They gave me a welcome fruit bowl . The service was amazing. I sure will be visiting again. You won’t be disappointed I recommend you try this hotel out.
