上海今年特別熱，響應那邊親戚的號召，讓父母來了一場説走就走的旅行，原計劃去修文避暑，多呆一陣子的，誰知道修文也熱的白天沒法出門，酒店環境很不錯，有温泉，熱放棄了。國營酒店，服務談不上最好，但是要特別感謝曉旭經理對父母的照顧，因為天熱，父母大人來的早，還特地親自迎接讓我父母提前入住，環境是好的，可能淡季的關係人少吃的也不多，衹能改變計劃，換到別的地方去了，有機會再去修文會繼續選朵芳閣的。

設施：保養比較好，衞生乾淨，有停車場 訂了3間房，但沒安排在一起，有2間雖然升級，但要自行帶行李步行5分鐘上下坡的步梯，對行李箱不友好，包括酒店大堂，都是要步行上坡步梯才到，不能直接門口放行李 温泉餐廳還是不錯的，正餐基本都在餐廳點菜 温泉不過不失，與房價相匹配

剛開始遊玩覺得酒店和温泉都不錯，泳池也多，孩子喜歡。殊不知在温泉區域最上面一層的泳池，我老公才進入沒到一個小時，被泳池底不明處劃傷，腳上一小塊指甲蓋大小的地方連皮帶一小塊肉刮破，血流了挺多，温泉經理倒是及時給予了消毒和創口貼包紮。因為影響後面遊玩，要求解釋和處理，温泉經理全程沒有任何道歉，説泳池都有安全須知，屬於顧客自己的意外，家屬後面衹能在温泉大廳等我和孩子一個半小時，期間旁邊前台再沒有任何詢問，也沒有問需要觀光車回酒店不。晚上我知曉後，後來投訴至酒店值班經理，值班經理才比較好的安撫了我們，這點感謝大晚上值班經理，於第二天送了一個果盤關心。後面衹能我一人陪玩，家屬全程坐在酒店，最後正常結房離開。温泉負責人生怕我們賴上他，態度讓人心寒，衹能説大家在這裏自己注意安全，出了事都是自己兜底的。
