服務：酒店工作人員服務態度熱情，使人有賓至如歸的感覺。
設施：酒店設有免費停車場，各項設施齊全，四樓還有游泳池供旅客休閑暢遊。
衞生：客房衞生整潔，入住感覺很舒適。

再次入住，西遊童話酒店在西山腳下。因為酒店交通便利，還有動車站免費接送，早餐品種豐富，小孩對早餐很滿意，吃得很滿足！

怎麼説呢，我的朋友是桂平人他給我推薦了這家酒店然後我來到了這裏，但是服務和設施真的讓我難受，我住了那麼多廣西的酒店四星都會有洗衣房服務，甚至三星一些都有，然後這裏不提供洗衣服務，如果需要是需要收費的，是十塊錢一件😅😅我聽到真綳不住了，廁所設計進去浴室那個很滑，摔倒兩次，踩浴室進去每次腳板底都要被割到，且沒有智能服務拉窗簾還要手動，更重要的是採光不好，開窗難評價，開窗的圖我放出來了可以看看，我説怎麼五星降四星然後還才200多的，如果不想手洗衣服🤣，或者體驗糟心體驗，我建議是不要選擇入住可以選擇維也納酒店，各個城市維也納酒店都是還不錯的，
