酒店在象鼻山公園對面，公園不收門票，可以清楚近距離看到象鼻山。酒店房間寬敞，床鋪的大小，床褥的軟硬我都非常滿意，大堂服務員很熱情，幫我們升級了一個房間，每個房間都有水果贈送，臨走還送了伴手禮（廣西羅漢果），非常貼心，早餐也是很體現桂林特色的，桂林米粉非常好吃，8樓可以看到對面象山公園景色，如圖7，酒店附近就是日月雙塔，步行10分鐘便可到達，所以，酒店的地理環境是非常好的，硬件軟件都對得住這個價錢。

服務熱情，房間比較乾淨，距離景點也比較近，走幾步就到了，樓下吃東西的地方也比較多，住了三天，每天都有水果，比較滿意

酒店工作人員的服務非常周到熱情，我們與遠道而來的朋友一起入住的是在酒店七樓的二房一廳二衞的套房，因酒店電梯衹到六樓，工作人員幫我們把行李送到房間，離店時拿下樓。房間寬敞整潔，景觀也很美，窗外正對着象山公園，可惜天氣不好，否則臨窗就可以遠眺灕江喀斯特山水風光。酒店的早餐也很豐盛。總之這是一次非常享受的體驗。如果以後有機會再來桂林，還會考慮住這家酒店。
