Venus Royal Hotel (Guilin Elephant Trunk Hill Sun and Moon Twin Towers)

This is the best-located hotel I've stayed at in Guilin! I paid to upgrade to a room with a view, and from my window, I could see the Li River, Sun and Moon Pagodas, and Elephant Trunk Hill. It was great not having to queue for photo ops. The cafe also has a viewing platform that's perfect for photos. The Sun and Moon Pagodas are right downstairs, and Zheng Yang Street is just a short walk away, making it super convenient for an evening stroll!

The location is excellent, right next to the Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, just a few minutes' walk away. From the breakfast terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, the Elephant Trunk Hill river, and the picturesque Li River.

The location is absolutely fantastic! I picked this hotel based on reviews and its location, and it didn't disappoint – it's just as good as I expected. Xiao Xie even brought us breakfast, which was a lovely touch! Plus, you get great views of both the Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill.

Had a great stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, right downstairs from the Sun and Moon Pagodas. It's just a few minutes' walk to Gate 3 of Elephant Trunk Hill, and a stroll along the Li River is really pleasant. After checking in, we paid to upgrade to a room with a view, and we could see both Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas from our room – the view was absolutely stunning. The 6th-floor viewing terrace is also worth a visit; you can enjoy afternoon tea while taking in the river scenery. The breakfast included freshly prepared Guilin rice noodles, and the service was warm and welcoming. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I'd recommend staying here when visiting Guilin.

The room was quite clean and quiet, and the hotel service was excellent. The location is superb, within walking distance to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas. The scenery is beautiful, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Arrived at the hotel at 4 AM and was able to check in at 7 AM, which was incredibly thoughtful. They even provided a complimentary breakfast! The room had one king-sized bed and two twin beds, making it very comfortable.

Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Service: The service was excellent, very responsive to all requests. They even provided toiletries for children, which was a thoughtful touch. Environment: The environment is great. You can see the Sun and Moon Pagodas without even leaving the hotel, which is fantastic! It's also a great spot for photos.

The location is fantastic, right between Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas. You can even see Elephant Trunk Hill and the pagodas from the hotel! The price is very reasonable, and the restaurant on the sixth floor has an amazing view with fair prices. It's an ideal choice for accommodation when visiting Guilin.

The hotel lobby is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very enthusiastic, proactively introducing nearby tourist attractions. The hotel is directly opposite Gate 2, and if you turn left and cross the road, you'll find the pedestrian street. Further ahead is East-West Alley, and right next door is the best viewing spot for the Sun and Moon Pagodas. Parking is convenient. Highly recommended!
