We had our wedding reception in the bar of the hotel, and stayed overnight. The room was perfect, with a great bathtub and comfortable bed. Service was excellent, from check-in to check-out, but particularly the bar staff were really helpful and friendly throughout.
About a 5 minute walk from London Road station. Would definitely recommend.

The room is comfortable and the breakfast is an average English breakfast.
Parking at the hotel costs 15 pounds for 24 hours. There are plenty of parking spaces near the hotel. (Just 1 minute away.)

Best hotel we have stayed in for a long time ok a little expensive but for a 4 star hotel we didn’t mind staff was amazing room was great and the food couldn’t fault would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to anyone

Facilities: mini version of bathroom sink
Hygiene: It’s pretty clean (I didn’t look carefully at night)
Environment: I live in Room 66 on the first floor. Outside the window are the parking lot, corridor and garbage station;
Service: On the day of check-in, I encountered a group of people having a party in the parking lot outside the room window. They made a lot of noise in the parking lot. I couldn't stand it and went to the front desk to ask for a room change. They were told that the room was full and they didn't do anything. It didn't quiet down until two o'clock.

Lovely hotel, right by London Road Train station and a short walk from the centre of town. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the room was very cute and clean. The bed was very comfortable, had a great night's sleep. I would stay again if we're back in Guildford.
