prestation de service de mauvais qualité,, pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de 4 étoiles ; que des produits conserve au petit déjeuner et que des plat froids... personnel, surtout administratif non à la hauteur; pas à l'écoute...je recommande pas

Le cadre de l’hôtel est agréable et les chambres de bon goût mais les compliments s’arrêtent là car les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles. L’accueil n’est pas adapté, personne pour aider à sortir les bagages de la voiture, la réception essaie de faire en sorte que la réservation de booking n’est pas valable, en vous rajoutant des frais. Tout cela en sachant que l’offre n’est pas pléthorique donc nous sommes obligés de rester. Les personnels sont quasi absents de cet espace désert. Le petit-déjeuner est au minimum de l’offre, de la qualité et la propreté des lieux laisse à désirer. Bref, vous comprendrez que c’est le seul hôtel de cette gamme donc pas trop le choix. La réceptionniste nous a obligés à annuler la Resa booking pour nous proposer sa formule soit disant les deux chambres réservées étaient pour deux personnes et non 4. L’état de saleté de la salle de petit-déjeuner n’est pas acceptable. Je ne pense pas m’y arrêter à nouveau sauf contrainte

Very good luxury hotel in Guelmin, the gateway to the Sahara. Large comfortable rooms all with balconies overlooking the central pool area. The restaurant was simple but adequate and the complimentary breakfast was very good, apart from the awful coffee. The prices were reasonable

Todo nos ha sorprendido para bien .El personal muy dispuesto a atenderte lo mejor posible,en ningún hotel nos han recogido la habitación como lo han echo en este,y la comida muy rica, limpio todo y mucha tranquilidad,estamos contentos y volveremos.

J'ai été avec ma fille à cet hôtel, et j'ao été séduit par les photos, mais la réalité ne correspond pas . On été très surpris, surtout qu'il faut payé le prix d'un hotel 5*. Pour ce prix cet hôtel est non entretenu, la piscine est sale. Pour la cuisine c'est basique. Pour moi ce n'est pas un hôtel de 4*. à éviter.

La chambre était très convenable mais les murs étaient sales, l'accueil était également convenable mais pourrait être plus chaleureux ou accueillant. Par contre très mauvais point pour la restauration. Les plats étaient vraiment basiques et décevants et très peu de choix a la carte. Pour un grand et bel hôtel on attend de meilleures prestations !!

Trop se bruits car toutes les chambres donnent sur la piscine et musique a fond , chambres faites a 17h .
Petit déjeuner atroces , immangeable
Les autres repas facturé mais cela sint très bon.

C’est un très bel hôtel mais en terme de restaurant c’est pas à la hauteur on a pris le petit déjeuner avec un café qui avait le goût du jus de chaussettes deux omelettes préparées par un enfant de 12 bref pas terrible
