I have stayed here upwards of 10 times! My grandmother lives at the beach and I fly into Guyaquil and stay at this Radisson every time. They pick you up from the airport always on time and with the utmost courtesy. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I have family that lives across the street and we all meet here for breakfast to start every family visit. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Hotel is beautiful and secure. Food was excellent as well as service. My one piece of advice for management. Please put water and coffee stations on 18th floor throughout day and mainly at buffet breakfast. You are working your employees to death running around filling coffee and water. My thoughts are you could greatly benefit on your employees morale and customers ease of access. I understand the full service at lunch and dinner but everyone staying here should have full access and ease to coffee and water without having to wait or flag down employees. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Guayaquil. Excellent

This is a well run and friendly place, with more of a hostel vibe (and prices to match) than the boutique guesthouse the name suggests. We had a very large double room overlooking the main road and, beyond that, the malecón. Definitely well situated for restaurants and the waterfront. Rooms at the back are probably quieter. Breakfast was fine, tea/coffee, fruit, scrambled egg and bread. Liz on the front desk was really helpful and friendly.

The location is very good, the staff very friendly and willing to help, the reception is renovated, when you enter a voucher for a coffee or a aromatic in a cafeteria next door, however, when you enter the corridor, the contrast is noticed, The hotel is very clean, the room on the 2nd floor and the very basic dining room with Rimax chairs, for breakfast offer 3 options. As I told the administrator, it is an hotel with excellent projection for the future.
