總體還行。別墅房空調不怎樣，早餐廳有時候不會開空調。從酒店到遊客中心走路的話有點距離，網上購票的話你得自己走過去，熱天的話會熱死。

整體環境是不錯的，再把溝通水平提高一些就更好了，葯品沒有及時檢查，特別是跌打損傷類的，畢竟有山有水，容易碰傷是常事

房型很好，特別是升級了陽台山景房。一進酒店就如沐春風，門口小哥很熱情地領我們到前台，前台美女也很熱情友好地作了一下介紹，滿足了客人要求升級房型和贈送早餐、泡湯的要求。不足之處就是早餐過於簡單，沒有達到五星早餐的期望值。服務態度都很好，但個別服務細節包括語言溝通藝術、突發服務項目（如普通葯品需求缺乏）仍有待提升。
