The first time I stayed here, the room was clean and the hot water was abundant. Because the temperature was cold, the heating of the air conditioner was used. Although it was an inner window, it was still possible to make do for one night. The front desk was very patient to show me various room types. This is the most cost-effective, thank you!

The entrance is a snack street, and it is also very close to the subway station. The main reason is that the service of this hotel is very good. There are many foods nearby. I returned to China from abroad to visit relatives and stayed at this hotel for a month and a half. Overall, the price is very high. The hotel is clean and hygienic. In this hotel, the decoration of the guest room area is okay, relatively clean and new. After entering the room, I found that the floor was a little stained. Although I checked in at 5 o'clock that day, I don't know why the water stains on the floor that were cleaned after the previous guest checked out have not dried up. This is a small detail issue. The TV is very small, with only 10 channels. The hair dryer is also very old and not very easy to use. The smell of disinfectant in the bathroom is a bit strong, and the pipes in the sink have a bit of an odor. The good thing is that the bedding is relatively clean and the staff has a good attitude.

After getting off the train at Baiyun Railway Station, I was looking for a hotel to stay for one night. After looking at nearby hotels, many of the good reviews about this hotel commented on the clean and tidy rooms. This is what I value most. When I arrived at the hotel, I saw that it was newly renovated. When I entered the room, I saw that the floor was super clean and the quilt was brand new and fluffy. It was a very comfortable night's sleep. The location here is central and the transportation is convenient. The subway station is nearby and it is convenient to go anywhere. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. It is indeed very cost-effective!

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

Breakfast-usual for chinesse people with some dishes of continental one. Metro station and mall are 5 minutes nearby

GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

Lift waiting is quite long.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.
