A highly recommended hotel. The room was very clean and the items were neatly placed. Especially the bed, it's so comfortable that you don't want to leave. In addition, the service attitude of the hotel is very good, the owner is also super nice, and his voice is nice, hahahaha. Overall it's OK. The room is in the usual style of Lavande, but only some floors are hotels, and the other floors have office buildings and restaurants. It's not a stand-alone Lavande. When I checked in, the waiter greeted me warmly and provided hand towels and tea. When I asked about the surrounding food, he also gave me a detailed introduction. I was very satisfied with the service. The surrounding subways, buses and taxis are very convenient. Those who drive don't have to worry about parking. The hotel has free parking. There is a Luckin Coffee and a dental hospital on the first floor, a McDonald's on the second floor, and a restaurant for Cantonese morning tea on the fourth floor. It's quite convenient.

The hotel is located right at the subway exit. It is very convenient to travel. There is a free parking lot. Visitors from out of town should try to call in advance to confirm whether there is a parking space. There are street stalls in the evening. There are two very good tea restaurants nearby, as well as nearby snacks and businesses. There are quite a few, and you can choose from food, accommodation, and transportation. It is the most incredible area near the Canton Fair, about 5km away, super central at a good price, my room was perfect, they cleaned it every day, downstairs on the first floor there is a place that gives massages (you pay). Downstairs there is a McDonalds and if you like to walk I invite you to get lost among all the streets that are nearby, each one has its magic🙏🏻❤️ 10 day stay

From the convenient transfer service to the warm hospitality extended by the staff, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable.
Arrival and Check-in:
Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.

The room itself surpassed my expectations. The cleanliness, modern decor, and attention to detail were truly impressive. The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. The only minus - this is a really strange that in such nice and good hotel there is just one coffee machine in the breakfast - and it breaks all the time. To drink coffee it is a really problem.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really convenient. It's close to the metro, malls, and restaurants. The room I booked was fine. I knew it had no windows and was fine with that. But I was not happy with the sewer smell. It's silly to expect a bathroom to smell nice all the time but it really smelled so strongly of a sewer that the whole room smelled bad. There were also a lot of drain flies. Killing them was pointless because every day there were more.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
