Location wise - we mostly took didi so can't comment much. Room is clean. Amenities wise, can be improved. They have a pillow menu with 7-9 options, but when I called, they told me they only have 1 type of pillow left. They have an option between bath salt and bubble bath, when I requested for bubble bath, they told me they are only left with bath salt which was already provided in the room. They also ran out of stock on their lavender pillow spray. This was abit disappointing, they might as well don't put the bed menu out. They have a mei tuan cupboard outside of their hotel which is convenient. Room is warm, even with aircon set at 19 degrees, air is quite still. Requested for high floor, given level 29, second highest floor but it's the same level as the club bar, a bit noisy with people walking around. Will stay again, if price is right.
