The front desk staff told me that I had to wait for the reservation confirmation and the process was complicated. It's something that can be solved by just making a phone call to verify with the staff, but we had to go through so much trouble and rely on Ctrip's official coordination to get it quickly confirmed. Isn't this a waste of the customers' time? The room selection was even more outrageous. Even though we had paid for the room, we were not allowed to choose. The reason was that the previous guests had paid first but had not arrived yet. The whole villa was pitch black and the lights were not on. I went to the front desk and they arranged for someone to come and deal with it. They just said a casual ”I forgot” and brushed it off. Let's talk about the hot spring and cleaning. The waiter first said that there was no professional disinfectant powder, and it had not been purchased after use, so it had to be reported to the higher authorities. Only after our strong request did they spray it with other disinfectant and rinse it with water. They didn't dare to soak in the water, so they just soaked their feet. I paid for a treat, but ended up having trouble the whole time. The quality of service really needs to be improved.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others.
