Location is quite good with places of interests and eating places within walking distance. The room has a great view.
However, as the staff forgot to note down that our room was taken, another staff let other guests checked in our room at 9AM the next day while we were still inside. This is a very terrible experience to us.

The cleaner and front desk are nice and helpful.
Stay for 8 nights and the hotel do fill up everyday for drinks in the fridge.

The hotel is adjacent to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, which is very convenient. The room layout is reasonable, the decoration is modern, the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas, and there is a washing machine. Drying can also be done at the front desk. It is very convenient for people who are traveling for many days. There is a big screen in the living room for watching TV, which the children like. Recommended.

As an old store on an old street, the infrastructure is a bit old but fairly complete. Disposable paper cups are provided for washing, the bathroom is narrow and separated into dry and wet areas, the front desk is very friendly and basically answers all inquiries, there is an escape room next to the room, there is a gap under the door, the sound insulation is not very good but it is not to the extent of seriously affecting rest.

The 7 Days brand is trustworthy. The bath towels are all packaged in disposable packaging, which feels very clean and sanitary. You can use them with confidence. The handsome guy at the front desk is very polite and enthusiastic. It is also very close to the subway station. Im quit disappointed with this hotel. Firstly, the receptionist cannot speak in english. We just communicate using the translator. This hotel is in the city of Guangzhou, the management should hired people who can speak in English because many tourists come to China especially in Guangzhou. Secondly, this hotel is below on my expectations. I got different room from what i already booked in trip. When i ask the receptionist, i want to change the room what i already booked, they just told me the type of room i booked is already fully booked. What kind excuse is that?? I paid for garden view double room, but what i got is a small room not same with what should i get. They also very rude. The location of the hotel also hard for me to find halal restaurant. I’m not repeat to stay this hotel again. Never!

The hotel room bed was comfortable and the city view was quite nice.. some part of the hotel may require some touch up but definitely a nice hotel to stay in for a short duration.. easy to travel around to all the tourists hotspot..

The room is clean and tidy. It is not far from the subway station. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is recommended to bring your own four-piece set of disposable bed sheets and bath towels. There are instructions for bath water. Since it is an electric water heater, it is recommended to stop and boil the water for 20 minutes before continuing. Luggage storage is also convenient. You can just leave it at the front desk on the first floor where the boss is.

From the convenient transfer service to the warm hospitality extended by the staff, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable.
Arrival and Check-in:
Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.

The room itself surpassed my expectations. The cleanliness, modern decor, and attention to detail were truly impressive. GGuest UserLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. The only minus - this is a really strange that in such nice and good hotel there is just one coffee machine in the breakfast - and it breaks all the time. To drink coffee it is a really problem.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really convenient. It's close to the metro, malls, and restaurants. The room I booked was fine. I knew it had no windows and was fine with that. But I was not happy with the sewer smell. It's silly to expect a bathroom to smell nice all the time but it really smelled so strongly of a sewer that the whole room smelled bad. There were also a lot of drain flies. Killing them was pointless because every day there were more.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
