The staff were excellent , the staff number 8509 and 8504 were always ready to help , and guidance was perfect , as we did not know Chinese language. We are thankful to the staff for there best service

Very good, very clean, good environment and convenient transportation, the service at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is very good, with rich varieties, a combination of Chinese and Western food, and the taste is good.

This is the best four points i have been to. A luxuriously spaces room with an impeccable view. The nature of my business allows the convenience of the location to really shine. Close to the largest beauty and leather traders in the world. Not to mention an MRT exit just right infront of the hotel. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is situated approximately 5km from the Jinmei or the Marketplace, offering easy access to local amenities. The rooms are impressively spacious and well-appointed, and there are convenient shops in the vicinity, making it a convenient location for guests. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. Firstly, I found the water in the morning to be quite dirty, which made it unsuitable for personal hygiene tasks such as washing my face and brushing my teeth. As a result, I had to rely on bottled water for these purposes. Additionally, I experienced problems with the air conditioning vents in my room. Upon returning from an outing, I noticed that the vents had been tampered with, which was concerning. Despite seeking assistance from the front desk, I was informed that only one staff member was available, and she was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me to address it myself. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms met my expectations, these smaller inconveniences detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope that these issues can be addressed to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests.

The first choice for friends to gather, the location is convenient and the service is first-class. Here I would like to share my experience of staying. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the bright space and elegant design. The hotel staff was enthusiastic and made me feel at home. The room I booked was warm and well-equipped, especially the white bedding and bathroom facilities, which made me feel very comfortable. I ate snacks, drank wine, played mahjong with friends, and chatted and played until dawn. The next day, the free buffet breakfast provided by the hotel was rich and varied, which made me feel the hospitality of South America early in the morning. In addition, the hotel also provides a gym, table tennis room, game room, and quiet and comfortable tea art room for guests to choose from, whether it is a business banquet or a gathering of friends, it can meet the needs.

Nice hotel in a location of Guangzhou. You can walk easily to metro station in front of the hotel. Their staff can also speak english.

Excellent services. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Nice environment and location. Walking distance to malls. Good facilities in room.

Excellent hotel, the service is great, the room are very clean, spacious and have a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend this for anyone travelling whether for business or vacation. The breakfast also was very delicious

Hello my name is Geldon Mesi, I recently stayed at Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel and enjoyed my stay immensely. They say first impressions last and my stay is testament to that. I was welcomed so honourably upon checking in after experiencing such negative reception upon checking in elsewhere. Nothing was too much of an inconvenience for the staff here. They were always so busy and in demand however never seemed overwhelmed or flustered by the experience in fact. They were professional at all times and always with a smile. My last day of my stay was in fact my birthday and when I returned to the hotel at 11pm that evening there was one worker Hu sen who was at the hotel however off shift yet still made such an impressive effort in making my stay so very memorable as we shared great conversation. Amidst conversation I informed him it was my birthday, he then offered his own personal time to escort me around the city given hat I was alone. Not only did he do such an honourable task out of hours he also managed to order me a birthday cake without my knowledge and as soon as I arrived back to my hotel everyone was aware of my birthday and cheered me whilst ha delivering me this cake at 1am. I could not believe such a thoughtful gesture. It just goes to show the humanity that these staff members have towards not only their guests but human beings. I will not forget the worker's name is Hu Sen most memorable kind-hearted gesture, thank you Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel.

Very good! Unexpectedly good, the hotel has an elegant environment, a large parking lot, and a very good service attitude. It is very close to Guangzhou Baiyun Station, Xiaoman Yao, and Beijing Road.
