整棟大廈只有正門大堂位置和11-12樓是屬於酒店的，12樓沒有電梯直上，需要自行從11樓走樓梯上去，要搬行李頗辛苦。
房間裝潢和衞生相對理想，沒有過多的雜項，地板也是用仿木質感的地磚；而不是我最害怕藏菌又有煙味的地氈，廁所也看不出有水漬等，這點很滿意。
另外隔音比較差，半夜一直都聽到走廊的人走動和談話

酒店前台小姐姐很熱心，人很好，房間舒適且安靜，和父母一同來廣州出差和旅遊， 冬天長者家需要加被子，打給前台打掃的阿姨很快就拿來新被子，打掃也特別的乾淨，是一次很滿意的體驗， 下次來出差還住這， 五星好評
