This is the third time I stayed at this hotel. The experience was very bad. I originally booked a suite for 2 days with 8 breakfasts. When I took my luggage to the front desk, I was told that the hotel did not provide breakfast and could not refund the difference. We were asked to cancel on the platform and rebook! Moreover, the price was more expensive than the same time next week, and they said the price could not be changed. If I hadn't brought my children and luggage, I would have left directly! When I went to the room, there was dust everywhere, the hair dryer and windows were broken, and the wallpaper was peeling off... So disappointed
