Our stay at Orange Hotel (Guangzhou Sanyuanli Branch) was comfortable overall, but we faced an unexpected issue as international travelers from Bangladesh. We were required to visit the police station in person for registration, which was inconvenient and not communicated to us beforehand.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. Its location was also convenient for getting around the city.
However, we believe the hotel staff should provide clearer information to foreign guests about local regulations to avoid any unnecessary difficulties. Better communication would have made our stay much smoother.

This hotel is very old. The bathroom has a foul smell. If you do not blast the AC, the smell will travel out so you would be smelling the foul smell all night while sleeping. Unfortunately the AC does not stay at the low temperature you want to set at the beginning. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in Guangzhou. I was uncomfortable during my stay. The location is convenient taking the subway to most places. The housekeeping service is decent.
