Booked two rooms, one of which had a broken corner of the bed, the toilet door often closed and could not be opened, and the chair cushion had a small hole. In the other room, there was a hole on the sofa, the TV cabinet had obvious cup marks that could not be wiped off, there were stains on the toilet, and the toilet floor was dirty.
