The room was very nice

How is the hygiene? Look at the photos. There is no 0 star, or I don't want to give half a star. There are fleas all over the bed! I even doubt whether the bed linen is changed after each guest uses it. There are more than 10 bites of different sizes on my arms, legs, chest and hands. I didn't sleep well after a night of tossing and turning. I went to the front desk in the early morning to report the problem. The front desk said it was a mosquito and wanted to give me mosquito coils. I said that mosquitoes couldn't get into my quilt to bite me, so I changed the room. I also told the front desk and didn't have any other demands. This matter is not big or small. The room fee is refunded, and the attitude is better. At noon, I came to the front desk to ask about the situation. I showed the front desk the photos of the bites, and they also admitted that it was the hotel's own hygiene problem. They said that they had communicated with the manager, and the manager asked me to negotiate with Ctrip if I had anything. I left first because I was in a hurry to catch a flight. I reported the situation to Ctrip. Ctrip replied that they had also negotiated with the hotel. The hotel did not solve the problem because it had already changed the room and dealt with it, and asked Ctrip to solve it. So did I suffer this bite in vain? The hotel owner's money went into his own pocket and he couldn't pay a penny? Have friends who have stayed in this hotel had this problem? I don't think I'm the only one. What kind of hotel is it that such an irresponsible and passive boss can open? I threw away all my clothes when I got home. I'm telling all my friends who have seen this to choose carefully and avoid the same pitfalls as me!!!

Nice experience

We checked in with a group of six people at the hotel on 23.10.24 in the morning at about 7:30. We were picked up from the airport, there was one reservation, but in fact one of the rooms did not match, it was even better and more expensive, they did not charge us extra. There were breakfasts, a buffet. I would not say that everything was absolutely wonderful, BUT... It is better than nothing at all, everything is quite edible. We only missed tea and coffee. Basically everything is good, thank you very much to the hotel staff for their warmth, kindness, understanding. WE RECOMMEND.
