房間滿意，衞生很好，離廣州塔很近，超級喜歡窗外美景，步行廣州塔大約15分鐘，沿着珠江欣賞一下夜景也是相當愜意

位置很好，可以看到廣州塔，晚上的夜景非常棒！有一間房衞生間的反臭很嚴重，另外一間一點味道都沒有，適合預算有限但想看夜景的人。

酒店停車方便，住的旁邊就有早茶喝不過都是要自費的，離廣州塔很近，晚上可以去夜遊珠江，還可以請看廣州塔。前台服務好，房間乾淨，隔音也還不錯。

衹能説，這是最差勁的一次住房體驗了，15點左右訂的房間，服務員交代了一些事項。可是最最最關鍵的洗澡問題，居然不告知，這個酒店居然熱水器沒有提前打開，還不告知。等我們晚上回來，準備去洗澡的時候，左放是冷水，右放還是冷水，關鍵家人都沒有以為是沒有熱水，還以為樓層高熱水出水慢，實在是半個小時都過去了，還是沒有熱水，一問才知道還有一個開關。結果又要我們等二十多分鐘才能燒成熱水。住酒店住的就是服務，住的就是方便。結果，等個洗澡就多花了一個多小時。本來玩的就累，還不能洗澡，叫誰心情好。關鍵這家酒店還服務態度不好，你主動承認錯誤，有那麼難嗎？不是説之前不是這樣的，就是前面的客人沒有關，我們也不知道。在那裡一個勁的推脱。你服務的就是酒店，你説別人住過沒有關，不知道，那麼，我想請問，你們不查看酒店，或者打掃酒店的嗎，最基本的問題都不能滿足顧客的需求，你們做什麼服務？
