下樓就是北京路步行街，太方便了，離珠江邊也不遠，這次時間隨然很短暫，但是很開心，房東很熱情，服務好細心，下次有機會還來

環境很差 民宿樓下的大堂一進去殘舊不堪 保安也很差 只在門口隨便放張桌子就當有保安 下面人來人往 什麼人都有 就像一個雜物倉 然後等升降機的時候，也要排很久的隊伍 上去房間以後更差 床單有黃斑 打開梳妝台的抽屜有污跡 冷氣也殘舊 廚房環境也很差 熱水爐也是壞的沒有熱水 一定要全部人掃二維碼連Wi-Fi才可以有燈 客服態度也不好 聯繫他們的時候態度十分差 完全不推薦 下次絕對不會再去。

房子裝修的很漂亮，很乾凈，房東也很熱情，回覆很快，位置非常不錯，下樓就是地鐵站和北京路步行街，美食很多，去哪裡都很方便，下次來廣州還會住這裏，必須推薦[強][強]
