The apartment is very nice and well maintained. The building is new and located in a nice area . It's good value for money and recommended. Just watch out for the low ceiling in the bedrooms .

There are also supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, railway museums, and the riverside downstairs. It is close to Yongqingfang and Litchi Bay scenic spots. If you take a taxi, sometimes you still need to go to the hospital in front to get on the bus/or you need to tell the driver the pick-up point, and the driver can't find the pick-up point. 27th floor, living room with glass, you can see a good view of the riverside. 4 rooms and 5 beds are enough for 10 people, but 6 of them live on the 2nd floor and need to carry luggage upstairs. The bedding is good, and the basic supplies are all available, including USB sockets, washing machine/dryer, but I didn't see the floor towel (can provide it). Cleanliness needs to be improved. There is dust on the floor and some spider webs in the corners, but the cleaning lady will come to clean it soon. The door frame next to the main door is broken and not repaired, but it doesn't have much impact. The air conditioner in the downstairs room is a bit loud. This price house can accommodate 8 of us/10 people, and the price-performance ratio is still good.
