It's very clean after the new renovation. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is poor. Anyway, it’s not a big problem if you wear earplugs on business trips.

There are food options around, but apart from the rice rolls, there doesn't seem to be anything special. It's quite close to the subway station, so it's convenient to go everywhere, but it's surrounded by residential buildings. Overall good, quite new
