Good value for money, about 7 minutes walk from Yide Road subway station, there is a Silver Light Restaurant nearby, the morning tea is superb! Sacred Heart Cathedral, Shamian, and the Pearl River are all nearby, you can go for a walk. The stay is comfortable, the shower water is available 24 hours a day, I stayed for another 3 nights, the B&B can store luggage for free after check-out, I can take the luggage to the airport after playing, it is very convenient.

This store is really clean and tidy. It feels clean and bright as soon as you enter. I almost never use the towels and bath towels outside, but I will use their own ones because they are really clean and Their rooms should be well ventilated without any messy smell. The young man who received me this time was really nice, warm-hearted and very talkative. He introduced us to the places to eat, drink and have fun nearby. We left at noon. Area is very convenient next to Shangshajiu Pedestrian Area, with many options in terms of public transportation, but maybe a little bit of a hassle for Didi (Uber) driver as there is only one way to get to the hotel by car and the area always had traffic the time I stayed there due to it being a wholesale area sharing narrow roads with trucks and road constructions.
The rooms are nice and clean enough with ample amenities. We enjoyed our stay there. Thanks!

No washing machine provided and can't find any self-service coin washing machine. The hotel reception said those self-service coin washing machine ship closed down during covid time couple years ago.
The aircon made loud noise when turned on, anyway we didnt need the aircon because it was winter.
A lot of dusts under the beds.
The staff and cleaners and friendly and helpful.
We were staying at level 5, outside the windows is a metal roof of another building, made annoying noise while raining.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. I needed some help so, they did their best to assist me. Unfortunately, not all members speak English but you can use the translator, it makes communication easier. Location is good, pretty close to one of the Subways lines, like 6-7 minutes on foot.

The location is very good, but unfortunately not easy to find. The staff doesn't speak English, but somehow we could find a way to communicate together. I appreciate the effort. My Chinese is terrible. The worst for me was the cleaning. The apartment has many things dirty, on the bathroom, on the windows, on the mirror, on the sofa, etc.
The space is really tiny, but is ok. The bed is very hard. I like hard beds, but just want to put this information for other travelers. The laundry machine works perfect!

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

GGuest UserSimply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

AAnonymous UserPerfect location, just that for the foreign tourist do not have China phone is difficult to contact and know which floor (18th floor after get to know from the guard) to go for check-in.
Lift waiting is quite long.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

location is quite good too. just that the lobby is a little far from drop off point.
