The B&B is very big, with a nice environment. You can soak in hot springs. The yard is very large and there are many small animals. It is no problem for children to play in the B&B for a whole day. I booked a waterfall viewing room. From the large window of the room, you can see the waterfall in the distance. Although the room is not new, it is clean.

Very nice resort, especially if you travel during off peak season. The resort has its own lake and countless water activities, onsens, water sports etc etc, both indoor and outdoor. Most stuff are very friendly, special thanks to our butler Lisa, also restaurant manager Mr. Li. Both have been very helpful. We stayed in a tree house, the amenities are new, kids enjoy their stays there a lot. It comes with slide from 2nd floor down, also a climbing net in the house. We saw some bigger tree house with one even has a carousel… amazing. We tried a short helicopter trip too, with reasonable price. Quite fun. Some areas to improve, although they have villas and tree houses, the privacy isn’t quite there. You will still see and be seen by your neighbours for example when using private onsen. Not a big problem for us though. Overall very good experience, we plan to come back again. With so many activities, 2 nights are really too short. 3-5 nights you won't get bored here.

After reading other reviews and pictures, I thought there was a hot spring on the balcony. I thought this room type had a hot spring pool. Who knew there was no hot spring pool in the room? I was disappointed and went to the front desk to inquire. Miss Xie Lichun at the lobby front desk was very patient in explaining to me. It was upgraded to a hot spring room because the room was full when other customers booked it. Don't be misled, this room does not have a hot spring. The room is as in the picture, details determine success or failure, safe, disposable slippers, ordinary slippers, children's slippers, children's mouthwash cups, toothbrushes, adult and child bathrobes, umbrellas, charging cables, refrigerators, red wine glasses, boiled water utensil, bath salts (gift), Fengyou essence (gift), welcome fruit and Deluxe milk (gift), coffee tea (gift), 4 bottles of Jingtian mineral water (gift). The curtains are automatic and very user-friendly. There is also a shower room with super high water pressure. The check-out time was extended to two o'clock for me, which is great! Hot springs: The hot springs are very large, with various bathing pools, and a very large baby water park suitable for summer. Dry towels are also readily available, as are various scented teas. It's just that the hot spring area is too big and it's very tiring to walk there. But let’s make a complaint. The cabinets that can be used to store mobile phones and valuables everywhere in the hot spring area are basically broken. They don’t respond after applying hand cards. This needs to be improved. Buffet: When I arrived at the front desk of the buffet restaurant, the lady said that the buffet was 198 + 15% service fee. I said it was not 198 on Dianping? She said that I need to make a reservation one day in advance (in fact, the 15% service charge is not much, why should I make a reservation in advance? I hope this can be improved), and then I said that the front desk in the lobby told me that the 15% service charge can be waived when booking a room, and she said that I should go in before the meal. Then I was asked to pay the full price. Later, I used the QR code that Ms. Xie Lichun sent me before to be exempted from the 15% service fee. I ate at around 7pm on January 17th. Can you ask who was in charge of the front desk of the buffet at that time? Does she really need the 15% service fee? This is so disgusting! Meal: The ingredients are very fresh, especially the salmon, which is unlimited and thick-cut, which is worthy of the price. But your dessert cake is really unpalatable. Logically speaking, as long as the cream cheese used is good, it cannot be so bad. I hope the quality of this dessert can be improved. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties, including egg, milk, cereal, special sausage, Zhengguo wontons, and Western and Chinese ones. Breakfast is available until 1030, so you can come back after you have had enough sleep. I would like to praise a tall, chubby boy with curly hair in the restaurant. He works harder than anyone else and keeps putting away dishes and things. He can be seen during dinner and breakfast. I was sitting in the area next to the window inside. He was the only one who was more diligent. The other two thin boys asked him why the coffee machine was broken. When he didn't move, he said yes, it was broken, and seemed unwilling to take any notice. Finally, the coffee machine started to work again after it was restarted. He was severely criticized, and he was not serious about his work and kept chatting. Basically, I am 90% satisfied with this trip. I am very grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality. It was a wonderful experience! The place is isolated right between the mountains, super peaceful and zen place to stay! The family who runs it are super friendly and helpful, make us feel at home. The perfect place for a nature getaway, I’ve been to many places but this is the best, the got various options of RV, unique container style rooms, authentic cozy rooms.
