A bakery, a convenience store and a shopping mall are just a couple of minutes' away. The staff are friendly and the hotel room is clean. It's recommended to add the hotel front desk to your WeChat, if you use the app, so you can contact them if any service is needed.
In addition to hotel accommodations, the building also includes offices and residential apartments. You might feel you stay in a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. Our air-con was a bit noisy at night; but it didn't impact on our stay at RoomMe.

The hotel is in a good location, near Dongshankou subway station, which is very convenient for travel. The front desk staff is very polite and upgraded my room for free. The environment and sanitation are very good, the room is clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to live in. The decoration is also very new, and the overall atmosphere is very quiet, suitable for rest and relaxation. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is a good choice. In general, I am very satisfied with the services and facilities of Yingshang Hotel. Next time I come to Guangzhou, I will choose this hotel again and recommend it to other friends.

The room is large and bright. The weather has been cold recently and the air conditioning and heating are sufficient. The sound of running water from the shower drain in the bathroom was a bit loud, there was a bit of water leakage next to the toilet, and there was a bit of a smell, but closing the door had little effect. The location is very good, very close to the bus station, and right by the main road, easy to find. The room facilities are relatively complete, with a TV, hair dryer, and kettle, but the bathroom is relatively small, the mirrors are all on the side, you have to twist your waist to look in the mirror, and there is basically no place to stand in front of the washbasin, you have to stand sideways.

The apartment is in a good location, just 200 meters away from the subway entrance, making it convenient to travel. The room is big. I like to stay here every time I go to Guangzhou. It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The front desk is very welcoming. Every time I request, they will arrange a room that I like and they can help me keep my luggage for free.

I recently stayed at Nuomo Hotel for a night and had a mixed experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy.
The room was quite basic and lacked a window, which made it feel a bit enclosed. Instead of a traditional smart TV, the room had a projector. This was an interesting touch but didn't add much to the overall experience.
One downside was the limited dining options around the hotel. There weren't many restaurants nearby, which made finding a meal a bit challenging. Additionally, the hotel is located at a junction with a lot of cars passing by, which might be a concern for light sleepers.

The room is clean and tidy. It is not far from the subway station. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is recommended to bring your own four-piece set of disposable bed sheets and bath towels. There are instructions for bath water. Since it is an electric water heater, it is recommended to stop and boil the water for 20 minutes before continuing. Luggage storage is also convenient. You can just leave it at the front desk on the first floor where the boss is.

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

GGuest UserSimply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

GGuest UserThis hotel is really convenient. It's close to the metro, malls, and restaurants. The room I booked was fine. I knew it had no windows and was fine with that. But I was not happy with the sewer smell. It's silly to expect a bathroom to smell nice all the time but it really smelled so strongly of a sewer that the whole room smelled bad. There were also a lot of drain flies. Killing them was pointless because every day there were more.

The projection was a little crooked at first, and I contacted the landlord and it was solved immediately. The overall living experience was good, except that the mattress was too soft (my problem), everything else was great. You can choose to stay here when you come to Guangzhou.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

location is quite good too. just that the lobby is a little far from drop off point.
