During the winter vacation, I took the children to Guangzhou Changlong to play crazy for two days. On the third day, I wanted to find an annex small courtyard to bask in the sun. I found this red brick house Wensu. The pictures were very tasteful. When I arrived at the scene, I didn't find the wrong place. A sister's self-built homestay was a bit like a primary school entrance. The reception desk and restaurant were at the door. Then a quiet long courtyard in the stairs is distributed three or four three-story villas, each with a large public living room and dining room on the first floor, especially suitable for several families or group building activities, each about four or five rooms. The innermost door we lived in also had a small bridge pond to feed fish. The ”As always” room on the first floor has a very large living room (and mahjong machine), and the room has a large cement bathtub (two children are unwilling to come out in the bath). The seaside room on the second floor is a duplex, and there is a bed on the attic, which is especially suitable for families with two children and children living in the attic. Children can play and feed fish in the yard, adults can bask in the sun on the lawn of the small courtyard, play cards and drink tea in the living room (the landlord also sent a plate of fruit and peanuts to drink tea in the evening), and we also set off fireworks on the riverside next to the hotel in the evening. In short, a small courtyard homestay with a very stylish and comfortable style, recommended by five stars.

It has been in business for many years. The place is relatively old and the environment is clean and sanitary. Many places are undergoing urgent repairs and renovations. There are so many games that you can basically play them all in 2 days. There are restaurants, desserts, drinks, and snacks around the park. There are plenty of places to sit and rest wherever you go.

I'm not one to complain and the amenities were very nice. Our problems started when they cleaned the room on our first and subsequent days. The man cleaning smelt like cigarettes and left his muddy shoe prints all over the room. Pillow cases were not changed or cleaned and the bed was just simply made. When we had washing to be done the hotel said it will be done the same day and the washing was not done but we had to leave so we just took our dirty washing back. I loved the location and felt truly at peace if these things were addressed I'd rate this better than visiting Sanya. Loved the gardens and the pond with the bull frogs. If you come to the hotel there is a shop to buy mosquito spray. You will need the spray for the room as stray mosquitos get in but it's not a major issue.

I would said it’s a 4.8 instead of 5, why?! Because the first night I can’t get into the front door. I tried to touch the screen and c how it works, the first step was asking me to verify the face then failed, after over it ask me what room to call, I entered what I lived but still not yet worked. I followed the people getting in, I know that’s not right. So I go to asking the front desk, the night shift girl. To be honest, I don’t like her. Her service is unprofessional and a little upset, I only asked her one question that I can’t open the front door. How to do it, she info me the screen have introduced and teach u how to do it. Excuse me, if I can follow the screen and open it. Why would I waste time to asking u?! Lol, that’s not funny at all. I told her I don’t know how to do it, she showed me an very surprised face and asked me back. What?! U don’t know or u can read those words?! I mean if I can 100% read them of course I can do it myself. I told her No, I can’t read some of the words. She think I am a little crazy and not wanting to help me, she told me to come over and trying the same way I did. But I not sure how the second night still not open I followed people getting in as well. The third night there was no one get in while I was there. I tried to called that number and trying multiple still nothing was worked, I believe she opened it at the last second while I tried again and again but not worked. I just don’t understand why she can’t just teach me and show it in make sure I got it before I leave. She helped another guest when she showed me how to open that front door, that’s unbelievable. Anyway, just let it go. It’s actually not a big deal and doesn’t makes my trip different. I really appreciate the morning shift service, first I can locate the address. On my app it’s nothing showing on building c of what I am entering, only building A B and D. I asked the Dede driver, he told me the same thing. So after over I finds a story that closed to what showed on my booking. It’s work, but I still need to walk about 10 minutes to the entrance. She is showing me a different name that works a lot, also I don’t know how to type that word. She showed it in her phone and let me slow one step by step to do so. Thanks a lot, I am enjoying my stay in.

Good value of money for the room rent! I particularly liked the layout of the room, spacious, elegant and very clean. I also asked for a late check out at 1 pm and my request was entertained.
Staff at reception were very helpful. I had bothered them several times to ask them questions on WeChat for taxi booking, searching bus routes, bus stops, QR code for bus ride payment and even how to walk across the other side of the road, how to rent a mobile charger, etc. All of the staff I met were helpful and professional.
The only two comments I have are (a) the door of the shower room is transparent. It may be inconvenient if the travel partner is not that close and s/he may need to go downstair while the other has shower. I was okay as I travelled on my own. (b) At the ground floor, there is a sign next to the lift to show there is a self service washing room at 3/F but when I arrived at the floor, I couldn't manage to see where it was as there was no further to indicate. I had to ask the reception who told me it was opposite to the room 8352. Suggest to put it on the floor plan.
As I didn't have a car, the location was inconvenient to me to find a good restaurant for dining. I see a new Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is being set up. Hopefully, when I come back next time, it will be my first choice.

Arriving at the airport without any prior bookings, I was fortunate to come across this brand-new Hilton property. My experience with this hotel, booked through Trip.com, exceeded all expectations. From the convenient transfer service to the warm hospitality extended by the staff, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable.
Arrival and Check-in:
Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.
Room and Amenities:
The room itself surpassed my expectations. The cleanliness, modern decor, and attention to detail were truly impressive. I particularly appreciated the well-stocked minibar and the 24-hour bar in the lobby, where I could enjoy a wide selection of drinks at any time. The hotel's restaurant offered a delightful breakfast experience, with hot and delicious meals and a variety of options to choose from. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting and Instagram-worthy, perfect for capturing memorable moments.

This hotel's location is ideal for those seeking proximity to the airport and easy access to downtown Guangzhou. It took me just 35 minutes by Metro to reach popular attractions such as the Canton Tower, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Despite its proximity to transportation hubs, the hotel provided a peaceful environment for a restful stay.

The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality throughout my stay. Although their English proficiency was limited, they made use of translation apps and were always eager to assist and accommodate any needs or inquiries. The friendly and helpful nature of the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of, leaving a lasting positive impression.
Additionally, the hotel boasts an impressive gym facility, complete with a wide range of equipment for various workout routines. For those seeking a more tranquil experience, there are designated rooms available for yoga and meditation, providing a peaceful sanctuary within the hotel.

While I was there, I learned that the hotel is currently working on the construction of a rooftop area and garden. Although it was not yet accessible during my stay, I was informed that it will be completed in the near future. This upcoming addition is bound to enhance the hotel's offerings and provide guests with a delightful space to relax and enjoy panoramic views.

The bedding in the room was excellent, the shower water was sufficient and hot, the airport pick-up was timely, and the breakfast was very rich. It was a very satisfactory accommodation experience and I will stay there again if there is a chance.

GGuest UserLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. A special thank you to Pyotr, Kimy and Aimee for your kindness, professionalism and a human side!

NNat.nVery nice and really 5 star hotel . The service on the desk is really nice . People are there very hospitality. If something need the service helps very quickly .
The only minus - this is a really strange that in such nice and good hotel there is just one coffee machine in the breakfast - and it breaks all the time. To drink coffee it is a really problem.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really convenient. It's close to the metro, malls, and restaurants. The room I booked was fine. I knew it had no windows and was fine with that. But I was not happy with the sewer smell. It's silly to expect a bathroom to smell nice all the time but it really smelled so strongly of a sewer that the whole room smelled bad. There were also a lot of drain flies. Killing them was pointless because every day there were more.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
