What a gem of a hotel, small and intimate with a feel of an old Palace. Situated in the heart of the action. Yes there is some noise from the street below during the day but it's worth it to see life buzzing bye. Try and request a room with the balcony overlooking the street, and be part of the vibe. The noise quietened down during the evening so sleep was never a problem. The hotel is on the flat part of town, which was a great relief. Can't wait to go back!! (We actually visited Feb22 but forgot to post the review)

¡Es un lugar que debes visitar si pasas a Guanajuato! El servicio es muy bueno y aparte es súper céntrico para caminar a todos los lugares importantes en la ciudad. Además de que tiene convenio con un estacionamiento privado a unos pasos del hotel.

Está en una excelente ubicación justo en el centro de la ciudad, a 2 minutos del callejon del beso, del teatro Juarez, la Universidad y el Mercado Hidalgo. Es limpio, amplio en sus habitaciones, su personal amable y tiene el gran punto extra que cuenta con beneficios en el estacionamiento que esta a la vuelta. Definitivamente una buena opción de estadía en eventos como el Cervantino.

Es un hotel tranquilo, las habitaciones son muy amplias, el piso es de madera (cruje un poco cuando caminas) lo menciono por que para algunos puede ser molesto, muy limpio, tranquilo para descansar, personal muy atento y hay un estacionamiento a 10 metros del hotel (que está incluido con tu estancia). Estacionamiento Patrocinio. Lo recomiendo ampliamente !!! (Fui de miércoles a jueves y una habitación para 3 costo $1400).

Hotel seguro, personal amable, buena ubicación, cama confortable. El piso es de madera y traquea (rechina) en exceso, al menos la habitación 6, tiene una pequeña sala previa de la habitación principal la cual tiene poca iluminación, y tiene la puerta principal con un llavín poco seguro, y tiene otra ventana que está en dirección a la habitación principal y a la cama que no tiene ninguna cortina o algún implemento para tapar la luz del pasillo, provocando que la claridad esté presente siempre incluso llegando a la habitación y cama (adjunto fotografía tomada en la noche/madrugada). No tiene ni si siquiera un basurero en la habitación (solo en el baño), no tiene desayuno porque no dispone de servicio de comedor, al menos debería ofrecer en la habitación un coffeemaker, tampoco hay teléfono interno para mantener contacto con la recepción. Por el resto bien.
