The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good. Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It's amazing that they didn't give me cookies! I suggest you don't stay at this hotel, the One Hotel next to it is better than this one

When we arrived at the hotel at night, the door was very inconspicuous, hard to find, and there was no sign. There were a lot of homeless people sleeping around. Cars cannot drive directly to the hotel entrance, and the hotel does not have a parking lot. For an order that included breakfast, the hotel said there was no breakfast and asked for additional payment. Although we paid for breakfast in the end and Ctrip returned the fee, the entire stay experience was extremely poor.

Old building, newly renovated rooms, DoubleTree standards, the only flaw is that the breakfast room is under renovation. Super good location, facing Liberty Square. Excellent holiday accommodation. I will consider it my base in Guadalajara.
