I am very satisfied with the room. It is very clean. The towels are changed in a timely manner. The aunt cleans it every day. The steaks near the hotel are also delicious. It has solved the problem of eating for several days. I will come back again.

グアダラハラ在住の日本の方にお勧めしてもらって泊まりました。 治安のいいエリアで、私がいたときには騒音は気になりませんでした。 近くにはあまりレストランとかはなかったですが、前の通りに朝出ているタコス屋さんはおいしかったです。 お湯も出て、清潔感も及第点。 ただ、３泊しましたがタオルは交換してくれていましたが、シーツは交換されませんでした。

My room wasn't available for at least an hour at official check in time. I asked for compensation, they offered free breakfast but never gave it to me, they charged me for the breakfast that I ordered. I asked about my competition via email but they never responded back to me. They don't honor their word so I wouldn't stay here again.

This was a great stay for us, the staff was friendly, the rooms clean and the location was superb. We had breakfast in the rooftop lounge and it was excellent. They also offer onsite parking which is a plus since we rented a car. I would stay here again.

We have always stayed at this hotel with having a wonderful experience. it has been two years since we have stayed. we took friends this trip and raved about it. the service was fine, however, the hotel is looking neglected of maintenance throughout and the rooms were less than desirable. rotting floors from water issues, no comforters on the bed (top sheet only), coffee maker and coffee station dirty and not stocked up, bathroom full of hair, towels old crusty and discolored. windows dirty. this appears to be neglect from management checking to ensure the maintenance and rooms are up to standard. as much as we really enjoyed staying there in the past unfortunately this will be the last time. lots of noise middle of the night from arguing people in the halls that management did nothing about. If you do not have the staff to clean and maintain property, hire more staff, if you treat them well they will work hard.

Pésima experiencia! Lo escogimos por cercanía al consulado, el hotel es viejo y con poco mantenimiento, por ser diciembre hacía frío y las camas solo tenían una sola sábana, pedimos nos llevaran cobijas y que no tenían!!! Así que nos llevaron un protector de colchón para taparnos que estaba en verdad sucio, bueno esa palabra no describe en verdad lo cochino que estaban, de dar vergüenza y asco, las camas con pelos por todos lados, el baño olía horriblemente a caño, peor que un hotel de paso

La habitación está sucia, tiene cucarachas, el aire acondicionado no funciona, las toallas desgastadas y manchadas, tarda mucho en salir agua caliente. El piso de dueña está hundido y lavantado en varias áreas. Tiene hoyos en la pared. Cuando hablas para solicitar toallas nunca las llevan. Elevador fuera de servicio. Pedí servicio a la habitación y los platos sucios duraron dos dias en el mismo lugar inclusive marcando para que los recogieran.

Que maravilla de hotel boutique. Todo Perfecto con habitaciones únicas y personal cálido y profesional. Desde la llegada te hacen sentir como si llegaras a tu propia casa. Un servicio único!! El restaurante es excelente! Está ubicado en una de las zonas más bellas de Guadalajara y puedes acceder de inmediato a cualquier parte de la ciudad. El personal me dejó sorprendido pues siempre amable y cálido aparte de que están siempre al pendiente de lo que necesites. Es llegar a tu propia casa aparte de que los precios son sensacionales. Love It Signature Hotel Guadalajara All Around Great Hotel and Close to Everything! 893884802 This hotel is located in one of the most highly rated neighborhoods in the world in 2022, Colonia Americana just one block away from the main street of Chapultepec Avenue... The rooms are beautiful (I recommend the Superior Suite) and facilities are very clean and well maintained. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and professional from the front desk, to the restaurant and parking attendants. Thank you so much to the entire team. This will be my place to stay for all future trips to Guadalajara!
