"This is the fifth hotel after flying from Hong Kong to Toronto. The facilities are very old and the rooms are very dirty. I was uncomfortable staying there for three days. The service attitude of the front desk staff was very poor. I have stayed in so many hotels and it is the worst garbage hotel. The price is inversely proportional to the quality. Two friends opened two rooms, one single room and one standard room. The single room was open for four days and the standard room was open for five days. We all checked out early because the service attitude was not good, so we didn't want to stay anymore and the room charge for the last day was wasted."

"We arrived on a very Muggy day! The front-end staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The only issue was the coffee maker. 😆 Later in the evening (workout) my wifi password was not working. So the young lady at desk tried to set it up. Did not work for her either. She issued a new one, typed it in for me and work instantly. Day staff were equally as friendly. The breakfast room although quite busy was clean and inviting. When I asked for more eggs for ppl inline behind me. It was met with a smile and replenished quickly. I will stay here again."
