Problem with the shower. When we went out at 9AM, mentioned this. Front desk acknowledged that there was no maintenance staff on on weekends but they would try and fix the problem. When we returned at 5PM, asked about the shower and was told that they hadn't had a chance to look at it. We also left the clean me sign on the outside of the door. Came back and the room was not touched. Nothing at all! The dinner at Bogey's the night before was very good. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Do not stay here. The hotel is old, dingy and smells like chlorine. Our first night, there was water pooling on the carpet from the AC. Since the hotel was full, they would not move our room and gave my husband 2 towels to clean up the water. When we asked about switching rooms the next night, we were accused of spilling the water ourselves. We were moved to a suite that was so dirty that I would not shower or bathe in the room. I can honestly say that it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Never again! This place is so run down. Our room was so cold that our windows were covered in condensation. Tried to adjust the temperature and there was no change. Had to put your shoes on to go in the bathroom because the floor was so cold. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in 3 spots and the whole room smelled musty. We only stayed because we had already paid online for the room or we would have left! The young man at the desk wasn’t very polite either, asking why we didn’t stay closer to our destination. It’s a 4 hour drive to where we were going and considering I have rheumatoid arthritis, it’s easier on me to divide the trip in two parts. Regardless, there is a difference between being friendly and being nosy. I will always remember the smell of that place!

We just stayed at the Casablanca hotel and to say that we were unimpressed is an understatement. The beds were tiny, the rooms were dirty and dated, the carpets were gross, there were stains everywhere, the rooms are falling apart. Not worth the price!

Worn & old & not in a nice way. Staff refuses to deal with screaming children in the halls & pool. Restaurant food was not good & also served in a worn & decrepit environment. Overall not a good experience. It was clean!

The room was clean, but there were little things that didn't add up like the toilet needed repair, the main lobby had a strong smell of chlorine from the pool and the jet tub in the room was mini-sized (more like a large foot bath). Overall found it to be over priced.

This poor excuse of a hotel had a leaking toilet and a bathtub that does not drain. The staff was rude. They charged for water. People came down to the front desk multiple times to complain due to poor service. The icing on top is the wifi did not work.
I would recommend this to people who crave bad experiences.

What a huge disappointment at The Casablanca Hotel. Rooms are extremely worn out, we were given a room right next to the elevator and heard every person get off starting at 12-3 am! The bed had worn, torn and pilled sheets and to top it off I was bitten by something in the middle of the night on my buns! I had a bite the size of my pinky, needless to say not very pleasant. Stay at your own risk, if you must. 😊
