It’s been almost a month since I visited the hotel and opted Not to stay there.The last words I had with Nareech the front desk person on duty as I was leaving he said to me ,”No I would not be charged, “I was implicit, ( this isn’t my first rodeo) Will I be charged ? No. he said .I was charged. After multiple calls over 3 weeks ( I spoke to 5 different employees) with everyone playing dumb “ we don’t know when he’ll be in “ I called and spoke to him . He screamed at me for 2 minutes not allowing me to understand why I was charged after our very clear understanding I would not be charged. He proceeded to fabricate a narrative to fit his reason for charging me. Called me a liar. I called back trying to talk to him , same screams same result. One more time this time I asked to speak to his boss. Julia, he tell me she’s in tomorrow morning , it’s tomorrow morning and , she’s not there Tatiana doesn’t know when she’ll be in AND wont give me her last name. Today it’s not about the money, this person is to volatile to be in customer service and clearly has ( as I recognized when I checked ) in serious emotional issues.
