Bait and switch! DO NOT make a reservation at this hotel! I paid for it online and when my husband and son showed up last night, no room was available. The customer service is located overseas and they are not helpful. They literally stole our money! My family had to sleep in the car in a local walmart parking lot.

The room was very nice, clean,loved the big TV. Had a great night here. Would stay here again. I was in Greenwood SC to see my Aunt Pat and the family I hadn't seen them in a long time. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful.I couldn't get my door to open he had to come guy fr open for me.

Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay.

I stay at this location every time I come to Greenwood on work. The staff is very respectful of your time and needs. My stays are always refreshing both in rest and service. If you are in Greenwood I would definitely recommend staying and this Inn.

The front desk clerk was friendly and the room was clean and neat. They do charge a refundable pet deposit which you get returned after they check the room upon check out. They were very accommodating.

It was a great experience and very quite amd very clean room even good and friendly staff. The breakfast was soo awesome. I'm glad that i got Wake-up call service and I enjoyed my stay over there.I must recommend to everyone for comfort stay.

It was great experience to stay and Staff was very helpful and fresh behavior.Room was clean and well furnished with the clean towels and kitchen stuff as well.I glad to having wake-up call service. It was nice looking and the beds slept well. I really very much enjoyed my stay at Red Roof Inn, Greenwood SC.
