The receptionist was very ****** and unprofessional as soon as I walked in the door and she seen that my old man was black and I was white she was a black woman that she was canceling my reservation she did not have to rent to me she had to have a reason not to rent to me and that she needs to lose her job really being ****** like that this is 2000 2270 to be done as soon as possible

This hotel physically is very nice. It is quite new and rooms are large with nice linens and fixtures. The service, however, is non-existent. We were there 3 nights and our room was never cleaned or towels and coffee, etc. replaced. The second day we asked for basic housekeeping and were assured it would be done. Still, nothing. The breakfast was out of most items and there didn't appear to have anyone servicing the area. The front desk was never manned and we had to hunt someone down to ask for supplies. If they do not want to service rooms with multiple nights then they should offer a discount. Holiday Inn needs to address the problems here.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful on all shifts. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the amenities are much appreciated. This will be my go to hotel for future trips in the area.

Very nice hotel! The beds are high and the mattress was wonderful. The suite has a pull-out sofa. The breakfast was good and kept stocked. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and other area attractions.

The property was immaculate inside & out. Entire hotel staff was professional, friendly, & kind. Special kudos to GM Amina, AGM Trent, & David Albritton for making sure our stay was perfect. Also a shout out to housekeeping, the kitchen staff and all the front desk people. They truly put the guest first!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and had actually booked them 2 more times for future stays, but that’s a No! When we checked into our room, we got upstairs and the catch lock (top lock that you can use to ensure no one can get in) was broken. I told the desk and she said she would make note of it. Talk about feeling safe 🥺 On top of that, the room was nasty…. Spot cleaned at its best. On the bathroom light switch, there was something red (looked like blood). The bathroom obviously was swept or mopped, because there was sticky stuff on the floor. I had to use my Clorox wipes to clean the switches, counters, and floor. Once we got to the bedroom, there was some nasty gunk between the 2 beds. I was totally disgusted which impacted my stay. Family, please choose a different hotel. If you’re wasn’t so tired, I would have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else.
