Great location we walked everywhere. Loved that it was an apartment plenty of room for our family of 4. Had breakfast in apartment each day, Grocery store close by. Full kitchen is the best feature allowed for snacks and coffee whenever needed and hot chocolate before bed.

This set up is the best if you are traveling with family for a large gathering, like we did for a wedding. It allowed us to have several family members in the same building at less cost than separate hotel rooms. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Wonderful! Location was excellent in downtown Greenville. Very comfortable apartment with everything I needed. Very comfortable bed. Very clean and spacious. Customer service was a 10. Loved that this apartment had a nice home feel. You can walk to main Street on downtown with so many restaurants, shops and falls park across the street.

The Mint House Downtown Greenville, SC is an excellent location. We traveled with are almost adult teenage daughters. Everyone was able to have their own room/space. The apartment had a full kitchen and small balcony. Very safe, comfortable and clean. The location is two blocks from the Falls and Main Street. Many shops and restaurants all walkable. This is a great location for a family weekend (or longer) vacation.

There was plenty of room in the apartment; it had a nice view; the bed was comfortable; I liked having a keyless entry; check-in was easy; and the room had all you'd need. The parking was a little walk and was not on-site but Mint did include locations of where you could park.

Location was GREAT! However - No parking, no reception area. Had to park across the street in public lot. Digital entry but keypad outside had all digits worn off. Hallway looked like a beat up prison. Bathroom was filthy and had a broken toilet seat. No trashcan in kitchen area and laundry room light wouldn't turn off. Could never find the gym - called three times and got three different answers - all were incorrect. And it was super expensive! Would not stay here again.

I was very impressed with the location and the apartment decor. It was clean, large, and well-appointed. The halls were drab but do not let that fool you - once you enter the apartment, you will find high ceilings, nice furnishings, a great kitchen, and even a full laundry room.

We loved the Mint House apartment, it was spacious and supplied with all sorts of comfort (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave...). It was located near Main Street, the center of Greenville, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. If we are ever in that area again, we would definitely stay at Mint House again.
